How invitation rewards work
Welcome credits are awarded once per new account after email verification. Each qualifying new friend must register through your invitation link and verify their email. Earn up to 10 invitation credits per month; extra referrals earn no reward and do not carry over. Spent credits do not count towards the 10 needed for SimplePOP.

Do guests need to log in or install an app?
No. Guests open a private Moment Link — no account, no download needed. Works instantly on any phone via WhatsApp.
How many guests can join?
SimplePOP collects up to 10 Wish Stars, PremiumPOP up to 12 and PartyPOP up to 16. The limits are kept lower so every reveal stays smooth and beautiful.
Is my Bliss Moment private?
Yes. Only people with your private Moment Link can send a wish, and no one sees the surprise until you activate the final reveal. PartyPOP adds separate 4-digit PIN-protected links for guests and the Celebrant.
How do I pay?
Top up credits through our secure HitPay checkout, then use them to create your Bliss Moment. There is no subscription.
How do I get my 2 free credits?
Create a new account and verify your email. Your 2 welcome credits are added automatically, once per account.
How can I get a free SimplePOP?
Save your 2 welcome credits and invite 4 friends who complete registration and email verification. Their rewards add 8 credits, bringing your balance to 10—the cost of one SimplePOP. Credits you have already spent are not available for this.

Is it only for birthdays?
No. BlissPOP works for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduation, farewell and any special moment.
What is the difference between the packages?
SimplePOP (RM10): up to 10 guest Wish Stars, 1 celebrant photo, and 1 photo + wish message per guest. Includes Basic scenes and a classic star reveal.
PremiumPOP (RM39): up to 12 guest Wish Stars, 2 celebrant photos, and up to 2 photos + wish message per guest. Includes Basic + Premium scenes, an animated reveal and a downloadable keepsake image.
PartyPOP (RM89): up to 16 guest Wish Stars, 2 celebrant photos, and up to 2 photos + wish message per guest. Includes Premium + World scenes, Balloon Pop, a downloadable keepsake image and separate guest and celebrant links with 4-digit PIN protection.
How long does my Moment Link stay active?
30 days after creation. You can extend it from the Manage page with credits, up to 120 days in total.
Can I download the final memory?
PremiumPOP and PartyPOP include a keepsake image download of the final reveal.
How long does it take to set up?
About 3 minutes. Pick the occasion, theme and Celebrant name — BlissPOP does the rest automatically.
Can I share it on WhatsApp?
Yes! BlissPOP is designed specifically for WhatsApp sharing. One link, one tap, instant Wish Star submission.
Free credits & invitations
How do I earn invitation credits?
Share your personal link from the Host Dashboard. Each new friend who registers through it and verifies their email earns you 2 credits. They receive their own 2 welcome credits.
Does sharing the link or sending a wish count?
No. A friend must create a new account through your invitation link and verify their email. Sending a wish as a guest is a separate action.
Is there a monthly reward limit?
You can earn up to 10 invitation credits per month—5 rewarded friends. Referrals verified after you reach the limit earn no reward and do not carry over. Your one-time welcome credits are separate from this limit.
Do I have to invite friends before creating?
No. You can top up your credits and create whenever you have enough for your chosen package. Invitations are an optional way to earn credits.
